(a) Upon request, the program shall submit to DMHAS any documents required to be maintained by the program in accordance with this chapter. Information identifying clients shall be kept confidential at all times by DMHAS.
(b) The facility shall report monthly to DMHAS all client admissions to and discharges from the facility, and such additional client and service data as DMHAS may require, on the NJSAMS or other DMHAS-designated reporting system.
