(a) The program shall comply with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations and with the standards of accrediting organizations as applicable.
(b) If a licensed program provides outpatient substance use disorder treatment services in addition to other health care services, the licensee shall comply with the rules in this chapter and all other applicable rules.
