(a) An outpatient substance use disorder treatment facility shall provide or arrange for the following services:
1.
Medical and nursing services (including assessment, diagnostic, treatment);
2. Counseling; and
3.
Vocational, educational and other support services.
(b) Written agreements detailing services to be provided shall be made between the outpatient substance use disorder treatment facility and any other service provider; such agreements shall specify services rendered and be supported by documentation of services rendered.
1. If the facility contracts with a third party provider, whether for
services to be provided within or outside the facility, the written agreement shall specify each party's
responsibilities, including submission of reports and treatment and service recommendations.
i. Any such services rendered by a third party provider shall comply or be
in accordance with the rules in this chapter.
