Mixed use occupancy shall not be permitted in buildings classified as High Hazard (H), Factory (F) or Assembly (A-2) Use Groups, in accordance with N.J.A.C. 5:23 and P.L. 100-336, the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended and supplemented, and the Accessibility Guidelines for Buildings and Facilities (2002), as amended and supplemented, incorporated herein by reference. The Accessibility Guidelines are available at the United States Access Board website, http://www.access-board.gov/guidelines-and-standards/buildings-and-sites/about-the-ada-standards*, or from the Superintendent of Documents, Government Printing Office, Washington, DC, 20402.
