(a) When both the written application for licensure is approved and the building is ready for occupancy, DCN&L representatives shall conduct a survey of the facility within 30 working days to determine if the facility complies with the rules in this chapter.
1. DCN&L shall notify the facility, in writing,
of the findings of the survey, including any deficiencies found, within 20 working days after completion of
the survey by DCN&L.
2. The facility shall notify DCN&L,
in writing, when the deficiencies have been corrected. Within 30 working days of receiving written
notification that the deficiencies have been corrected, DCN&L will reschedule at least one re-survey of
the facility prior to occupancy; additional re-surveys may be scheduled prior to occupancy until all
deficiencies are corrected.
