(a) Every program shall provide or coordinate the following services for each client as appropriate to the client's treatment plan:

1. Vocational and educational counseling and training;

2. Job placement for clients whose plans of care indicate a need for such services; and

3. Referral to legal services rendered by an attorney, licensed or otherwise authorized to practice law in New Jersey, when such services are related to the client's treatment.

(b) Every program shall provide support services in accordance with its client care policies governing financial arrangements as specified in 10:161B-6.2.

(c) Individuals responsible for providing or coordinating the provision of support services shall document the services provided or coordinated in the client's clinical record.

(d) The program shall maintain a directory of client referral resources, such as housing, child care and social services.
