The facility shall hire at least one dietician registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, 120 South Riverside Plaza, Suite 2000, Chicago, IL 60606-6995, http://www.cdrnet.org, if the facility serves any meals other than snacks to clients in the treatment program.
