(a) The NJCK program operates with three components: At-Risk Child Care (ARCC), Child Care Development Block Grant (CCDBG), and Child Protective Services (CPS). These components provide eligible families with necessary child care services. Eligible families shall access NJCK child care services through the CCRR in the county where the family resides.

(b) Full and part-time child care arrangements are available for care of an infant, toddler, preschool child, school-aged child or child with special needs.
