Section 1:10A-17.3 - Review of orders involving consolidation of cases from multiple agencies

In any instance where a DCF case involving allegations of child abuse and neglect has been consolidated with a case transmitted by another State agency pursuant to 1:10A-17.1, a party may file arguments opposing or supporting the consolidation and predominant interest order with the agency heads within five working days from receipt of the order.
