When the board takes disciplinary action due to misconduct pursuant to RSA 332-B:14, II, (a)-(p) and RSA 332-B:14, III, (a)-(e), the board shall post a copy of the board's decision in at least 2 places which would be suitable for posting public meeting notices under RSA 91-A:2, II. This rule shall apply to disciplinary actions taken with and without the agreement of the licensee, and it shall not be waived.
