Section Soil 402.01 - Reinstatement

Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules Soil 402.01

A certified soil scientist or wetland scientist whose license to practice in the state of New Hampshire has been allowed to lapse for a period of 30 days but no more than 365 days shall:

(a) Submit to the board the "Application for Reinstatement of Certification for a Soil Scientist or Wetland Scientist" dated 12/2022;

(b) If the applicant answered in the affirmative to any of the questions described in Soil 402.02(i) through (m) a detailed written explanation of the yes answer; and

(c) Evidence as described in Soil 404.04(b) of having completed 24 hours of continuing education in the immediately preceding 24 months as described in Soil 404.02 and Soil 404.03.

(d) Include with the application for reinstatement the reinstatement fees specified in Soil 304.01.
