(a) Laboratories accredited to perform independent analyses of captured samples of breath shall submit a monthly summary of their results to the forensic science laboratory. The summary shall be submitted no later than 10 working days after the end of each month.
(b) The summary shall consist of:
(1) The approved instrument
serial number;
(2) The date of the
breath test and the reported value; and
(3) The independent laboratory's reported
value determined in accordance with Saf-C 6305.03.
(c) The summary information shall be submitted in one of the following formats:
(1) Written on 8.5 inch by 11 inch
paper;
(2) Via e-mail with an
attached Microsoft Excel, Word or ASCII file.
(d) The summary data shall be used by the forensic science laboratory to monitor the performance of the approved instruments to ensure the accuracy of the testing program.
