(a) The reported value of a captured sample analyzed in accordance with Saf-C 6305.02 shall be determined by:

(1) Taking the lower of the 2 duplicate results; and

(2) Truncating the result determined in (1) to the second decimal place.

(b) The reported value determined in (a) shall be expressed as grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath (g/210L), pursuant to RSA 259:3-b.

(c) The deviation between the reported value of the approved instrument and the independent laboratory's reported value shall be derived by subtracting the independent laboratory's reported value determined in (a) from the reported value of the approved instrument.

(d) The deviation determined in (c) shall be expressed as grams of alcohol per 210 liters of breath (g/210L).
