(a) An independent laboratory accredited pursuant to RSA 265-A:5, V shall employ the following in its analytical method:

(1) Gas chromatography;

(2) Internal standard;

(3) Captured sample standards prepared with the same type and amount of trapping material as utilized to collect a captured sample of breath;

(4) Captured sample standards prepared on the same series of approved instrument as used in the original collecting procedure;

(5) Analysis of the captured sample which corresponds to the reported value as determined in Saf-C 6302.03; and

(6) Analysis of the captured sample identified in (5) above in duplicate.
