(a) The tuition for a program or course conducted by the division as training shall be published on the division website at https://www.nh.gov/safety/divisions/fstems/documents/CourseCosts.pdf.

(b) The tuition fees for Firefighter I certification courses given to New Hampshire emergency service personnel shall be the per capita share of the actual expenses incurred by the division, as calculated per Saf-C 6202, less 95%.

(c) The tuition fees for Firefighter II certification courses given to New Hampshire emergency service personnel shall be the per capita share of the actual expenses incurred by the division, as calculated per Saf-C 6202, less 90%.

(d) The tuition fees for certification courses or programs, excluding those outlined in (b) and (c) above, given to New Hampshire emergency service personnel shall be the per capita share of the actual expenses incurred by the division, as calculated per Saf-C 6202, less 65%.

(e) The tuition fees for non-certification courses or programs conducted by the division and given to New Hampshire emergency service personnel shall be the per capita share of the actual expenses incurred as calculated per Saf-C 6202.

(f) Any courses offered as a result of the awarding of a grant shall have fees assessed in accordance with the requirements set forth in the grant.

(g) For emergency service personnel from another state or non-emergency service personnel, the tuition fees for any course or program conducted shall be the per capita share of the actual expenses incurred by the division, as calculated per Saf-C 6202, plus 45%.
