The company shall be responsible for ensuring that:
(a) Each wheelchair van is maintained in a safe and working manner, including ensuring that the chair van shall be:
(1) Kept free from unsanitary conditions;
and
(2) In compliance with all
equipment pursuant to Saf-C 5917.12.
