(a) Unless otherwise expressly stated in law or rule, any person with an interest affected by any decision of the department under this chapter may apply for a rehearing in the same manner as a party to a hearing in Saf-C 5506.05.
(b) Appeals from decisions on rehearings for purposes of this section shall be taken to the New Hampshire supreme court under RSA 541:6 within 30 days after the application for rehearing is denied or, if the application is granted, within 30 days after the decision on rehearing.
