Section Saf-C 5505.03 - Removal from Public List

(a) Pursuant to RSA 651-B:6, III, upon receipt of a certified copy of a court's order authorizing the removal of a sexual offender or offender against children from the public list, the department shall remove the sexual offender or offender against children's information, as set forth in Saf-C 5505.01 above, from the list.
(b) Nothing in this section shall relieve a sexual offender or offender against children of obligation to register as set forth in RSA 651-B:6.
