Document #6358, effective 10-22-96 replaced existing rules Saf-C 1200 entitled "Sexual Offender Registration" under LENS System and were authorized by RSA 632-A:18. 1996 NH Laws 292 repealed RSA 632-A:11-19. RSA Chapter 651-B (1996 NH Laws 292) requires registration by sexual offenders and offenders against children and provides a new rulemaking authority, RSA 651-B:8
