(a) Each student shall wear protective gear, including:
(1)
Sturdy gloves made of leather or a heavy weight material;
(2) Over-the-ankle boot with a heel no
greater than 2.5 inches in height;
(3) Long-sleeved shirt or jacket;
(4) Long pants made of a heavyweight material
with non-flare bottoms; and
(5) A
helmet with eye protection which meets United States department of
transportation (USDOT) federal motor vehicle safety standard 218 .
