No person shall operate a motorboat at a speed greater than headway speed upon the waters of the Connecticut River in the town of Westmoreland, from the property line of Tax Map R11, Lot 9, then proceeding south to the intersection of River Road and Partridge Brook Road, representing a total approximate distance of 1,800 linear feet and extending from east to west across the Connecticut River to the opposite shoreline in the town of Westmoreland.
