Chapter Saf-C 5100 - WATERCRAFT SAFETY OPERATING RESTRICTIONS
REVISION NOTE #1:
Document #9953, effective 7-1-11, adopted Chapter Saf-C 5100 entitled "Watercraft Safety Operating Restrictions", which is exempt from RSA 541-A pursuant to RSA 541-A:21, I(dd), effective 6-24-11, and RSA 270:12relative to boat operating restrictions. See also Chapter Saf-C 400 entitled "Watercraft Safety Rules" for rules in this area.
Saf-C 5100 had formerly contained rules relative to the motor oil discharge cleanup fund, and was originally adopted in Document #6101, effective 10-24-95 as an interim rule, pursuant to RSA 21-P:14, V(q) and RSA 260:38, IV. The filings of the Department of Safety affecting the former Saf-C 5100 on the motor oil discharge cleanup fund included the following documents:

REVISION NOTE #2:
Document #10169, effective 8-8-12, which is exempt from RSA 541-A pursuant to RSA 541-A:21, I(dd), readopted and renumbered many rules in Saf-C 402 on power boat restrictions as rules in Saf-C 5100 and readopted with amendment and renumbered Saf-C 402.92 as Saf-C 5102.100. Document #10169 also adopted Saf-C 5102.89 on Trout Pond, renumbered Saf-C 5102.01 on Beaver Lake as Saf-C 5102.04, and renumbered Saf-C 5102.02 on Squam Lake as Saf-C 5102.81(j).
The source note information for Saf-C 5102.04 contains the document number and effective date for former rule Saf-C 5102.01. The source note information for rule Saf-C 5102.81 contains the document number and effective date for the former rule Saf-C 402.74, but Saf-C 5102.81(j) was originally filed as Saf-C 5102.02 under Document #9953, effective 7-1-11.
