Section Saf-C 5014.04 - Transferral from Vehicle

Display fireworks shall not be transferred from one vehicle to another on any highway within the state of New Hampshire without informing the local fire and police departments. In the event of a breakdown or collision, the operator shall promptly notify the local fire and police departments that have a duty to safeguard the public in such emergencies. Display fireworks shall be transferred from the disabled vehicle to another only when proper and qualified supervision, and the local fire and police departments are present. Motor vehicles transporting display fireworks shall not be towed while containing display fireworks unless directed by the commissioner or the local fire chief. Road flares shall not be used for traffic warning devices.
