(a) Containers of display fireworks shall not be unpacked or repacked inside a magazine or within 50 feet thereof and shall not be unpacked or repacked within 50 feet of other explosive materials, except for fiberboard containers or other non-metal containers.
(b) Containers of display fireworks shall be closed while being stored.
