Pursuant to RSA 160-B:6, III-b, following receipt of an application as specified in Saf-C 5004.03, the commissioner shall conduct an inspection of the site, including all buildings where fireworks will be sold, stored, or both to determine compliance with all applicable statutes and rules, including Saf-C 6000.
