Section Saf-C 5004.03 - Application Procedures

Any person who wishes to apply for an original license to store display fireworks shall:

(a) Be 21 years of age or older, in accordance with RSA 160-B;

(b) Appear in person at the New Hampshire department of safety during normal business hours;

(c) Supply proof of identification such as a valid driver's license or birth certificate;

(d) Complete and submit the application, form DSSP 110, "Application for License to Use, Purchase and Transport Explosives", revised 05/13;

(e) Shall provide a copy of a valid U.S. ATF&E license for the storage of Display Fireworks, or explosives;

(f) Make payment of the fee as specified in RSA 158:9-c; and

(g) Provide written approval to store fireworks from the local fire chief that has jurisdiction for the storage site.
