Universal Citation: NH Admin Rules Saf-C 5002.12

"Explosive" means any chemical compound, mixture, or device, the primary or common purpose of which is to function by explosion and includes, but is not limited to:

(a) Dynamite;

(b) Black powder;

(c) Pellet powder:

(d) Initiating explosives;

(e) Detonators;

(f) Safety fuses;

(g) Squibs;

(h) Detonating cord;

(i) Igniter cord;

(j) Igniters; and

(k) Display fireworks.
