(a) Walking disability plates shall be issued to vehicles or motorcycles owned by an applicant with a walking disability pursuant to RSA 261:88.
(b) Walking disability plates for vehicles shall:
(1) Have the statutorily-required
universal symbol of accessibility; and
(2) Have one to 4 alpha numerical
characters.
(c) Walking disability plates for motorcycles shall:
(1)
Have the statutorily-required universal symbol of accessibility;
(2) Have one to 3 alpha numerical characters;
and
(3) Have the word "MOTORCYCLE"
on the lower border.
