(a) United States congressman plates shall be issued to vehicles of members of the United States House of Representatives pursuant to RSA 261:90.
(b) In addition to the requirements set forth in RSA 261:90, United States congressman plates shall:
(1) Have the words "U.S.
CONGRESS";
(2) Have the state
seal;
(3) Have the numeral one or
2; and
(4) Have the years of term
on the lower border.
