(a) Sheriff motorcycle plates shall be issued, upon request, to motorcycles owned by a sheriffs department and operated by county or deputy sheriffs pursuant to RSA 261:91.
(b) Sheriff motorcycle plates shall:
(1) Have the word "SHERIFF" on the upper
border;
(2) Have the words "NH MC"
on the lower border; and
(3) Have
one to 3 numerals.
