(a) Farm plates shall be issued to vehicles registered pursuant to RSA 261:84.
(b) Farm plates shall have 3 to 6 characters, the last 2 of which shall be the letters "FA", and the remainder of which shall be numerals.
(c) A truck, tractor-truck, or semi-trailer shall qualify for farm registration rates and number plates and shall be driven with such registration only if such vehicle is used solely for the transportation of agricultural products produced on and meant to be used in connection with the operation of a farm or farms owned, operated, or occupied by the registrant.
