(a) Construction equipment plates shall be issued to construction equipment, as defined in RSA 259:42.
(c) Construction equipment plates shall:
(1) Have the letters "CE" on the left
vertical border;
(2) Have 5
numerals; and
(3) Have the words
"CONSTRUCT EQUIP" on the right vertical border.
