(a) Pursuant to RSA 261:141, III(1), one-third rate registration fee shall be charged to those vehicles that have equipment mounted on trucks of which the equipment is an integral part of the unit and the truck is not capable of carrying freight or merchandise.
(b) Each applicant requesting a one-third rate registration for a vehicle shall furnish the following to the department:
(1) Manufacturer's specifications for the
vehicle, including all additional, permanently mounted equipment, as described
in (a) above;
(2) Written
description of uses of the vehicle; and
(3) Time and location that the vehicle may be
inspected by the department.
