Section Saf-C 4303.06 - Suspension of Oil Discharge and Pollution Control License

The administrator, after a hearing, shall suspend an oil discharge and pollution control license if, based upon the facts and circumstances of the case, there is found to be an intentional, flagrant, or recurring violation of the provisions of these rules.
