REVISION NOTE #1:
Document #9211, effective 7-21-08, adopted Saf-C 414 entitled "Rental Agent Registrations." Document #9211 also renumbered, but did not readopt, existing rule Saf-C 414 entitled "Assisted Lake Protection" as Saf-C 415, and existing rule Saf-C 415 entitled "Refusal of Consent" as Saf-C 416. The source notes for rules renumbered by Document #9211 as Saf-C 415 and Saf-C 416 indicate the former rule number prior to Document #9211. The document numbers and effective dates prior to Document #9211 apply to the rule under that former rule number.

REVISION NOTE #2:
Document #9544, effective 9-15-09, made several amendments to selected rules in Saf-C 400 and adopted a new rule Saf-C 412 entitled '"Petitions to Require Permits Hearings". This necessitated the renumbering of other rules in Saf-C 400.
Document #9544 renumbered, but did not readopt, Saf-C 412, 413, and 414 as, respectively, Saf-C 413, 414, and 415. Document #9544 also adopted Saf-C 416.01 -416.11, formerly Saf-C 415.01 -415.11 which had expired 7-25-08.
Document #9544 readopted with amendments and renumbered Saf-C 415.12 as Saf-C 416.12. Document #9544 also adopted Saf-C 417.01 -417.03, formerly Saf-C 416.01 -416.03 which had expired 7-25-09. Document #9544 adopted Saf-C 417.04 -417.06, formerly Saf-C 416.04 -416.06, which had expired 5-23-08.
The source notes for rules in Saf-C 413, 414, 415, 416, and 417 indicate the former rule number prior to Document #9544. The document numbers and effective dates prior to Document #9544 apply to the rule under that former rule number.
The amended version of this chapter by New Hampshire Register Number 28, eff. 6/4/2024 is not yet available.
