(a) A street rod shall be rejected if:
(1) The horn does not
meet the requirements set forth in
Saf-C
3214.01;
(2) The starter on a street rod equipped with
an automatic transmission operates when the gear selector is in any position
other than park or neutral; or
(3)
Any portion of the electrical system shows signs of burning, short-circuiting
or bare or uninsulated wires.
