(a) A street rod shall be rejected if it does not have a functional reverse gear which enables it to be backed under power.
(b) If equipped with an automatic transmission, a street rod shall be rejected if:
(1) The transmission shift lever sequence
does not have a neutral position; or
(2) The street rod moves on a grade while in
the "park" position.
