(a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if:
(1) There is vapor or
fuel leakage in any portion of the fuel system;
(2) Any portion of the fuel system is not
securely fastened;
(3) The fuel
system is equipped with a fuel filler cap that does not meet the manufacturer's
specifications;
(4) The fuel line
is positioned in such a manner so that it contacts the engine head, manifold,
exhaust system, high temperature surfaces or moving parts;
(5) The fuel system is not vented;
or
(6) The fuel system is not
equipped with a fuel cutoff valve.
