(a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if:
(1) Any electrical
switch is not in good condition or is not attached;
(2) Any electrical switch does not
work;
(3) Any portion of the
electrical wiring shows signs of burning, short circuiting, or bare or
uninsulated wires;
(4) The wiring
is improperly installed; or
(5) Any
connection is not tight.
