(a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if:
(1) It is not equipped
with an odometer, except if it is a trail bike pursuant to
RSA
215-A:39;
(2) The odometer has been tampered with or
removed; or
(3) The odometer does
not work.
(b) Pursuant to RSA 266:60, if the motorcycle was manufactured after January 1, 1972, the odometer shall be tamper resistant.
