(a) A motorcycle shall be rejected if any shock absorber:
(1)
Is missing;
(2) Shows signs of oil
leakage, other than slight dampness;
(3) Has worn, destroyed or missing rubber
bushings; or
(4) Has any broken,
loose or missing mounting.
