(a) A trailer shall be rejected if:
(1) It does not comply with
the tail lamp and reflector requirements of
RSA
266:43 through
RSA
266:45;
(2) It does not comply with the clearance
lamp requirements of RSA 266:40; or
(3) The lenses are broken, obscured or
improperly mounted.
