(a) The inspection station shall provide the customer with a vehicle inspection report containing the same information as required in Saf-C 3222.03(c), including the following:

(1) The OBD-related diagnostic trouble codes retrieved that are cause(s) for rejection;

(2) The name of the component or system associated with each diagnostic trouble code retrieved;

(3) Whether the MIL is commanded "on" or "off"; and

(4) The signature of the approved mechanic who performed the inspection pursuant to RSA 641:3.
