(a) A vehicle shall be rejected if the inside rearview mirror:
(1) Is loose, so that the driver's rear
vision is impaired;
(2) Is located
in a position that does not give the driver a clear view of the road at least
200 feet to the rear of the vehicle;
(3) Is cracked or broken;
(4) Has sharp edges; or
(5) Does not stay in position when
adjusted.
(b) If the rear of the vehicle is blocked, the vehicle shall be exempt from having a rearview mirror, as long as the vehicle is equipped with outside mirrors on the left and the right.
