(a) A vehicle shall be rejected if:
(1) Radial and bias-ply tires
are on the same axle;
(2) Different
tire sizes are on the same axle, except for U.S. and metric sizes of compatible
construction, dimensions and load capacity; or
(3) Tires are marked "for farm use only",
"off highway use only", or "racing only".
