"Light-duty truck" means any motor vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating of 8,500 pounds or less, a vehicle curb weight of 6,000 pounds or less, no more than 2 axles as defined by RSA 259:50, and a basic vehicle frontal area of 45 square feet or less, which is:

(a) Designed primarily for transporting property or derivation of such a vehicle;

(b) Designed primarily for transporting persons and capable of seating more than 12 persons; or

(c) Available with special features enabling off-street or off-highway operation and use.
