(a) A person with an expired CDL driver education standard certificate may apply for a renewal of a driver education standard certificate if:
(1) The certificate has not been expired for
more than 3 years;
(2) The person
provides documentation of approved professional development; and
(3) The person meets the requirements of
Saf-C
3119.03.
