(a) All applicants for CDL driver education certificate shall:
(1) Have a minimum of 5 consecutive years as
a licensed CDL driver in the class of vehicle for which they intend to instruct
in; and
(2) Meet and maintain the
physical requirements for commercial drivers set forth in
49 CFR
391.43.
(3) Meet and maintain compliance with
requirements of 49 CFR 380.
