(a) All approved drivers' schools shall have written policies addressing the following areas:
(1) Expectations for successful
completion of the program;
(2)
Assessment criteria;
(3) The level
of involvement parents are expected to have with the program;
(4) Classroom expectations;
(5) Circumstances that would result in
removal from the program;
(6) All
costs associated with the program; and
(7) What constitutes good cause that would
justify an absence for the purposes of Saf-C 3110.04(e), including but not
limited to an injury or death in the family.
(b) The student's parent or legal guardian shall sign a copy of each policy pursuant to (a) above.
(c) A copy of the signed policy pursuant to (b) above shall be given to the student.
(d) All approved drivers' schools shall maintain signed written policies in accordance with the requirements of Saf-C 3114.
