(a) Persons in charge of an approved drivers' school shall have at least 300 hours prior supervised experience in actively instructing driver education. The 300 hours shall consist of at least 60 hours of classroom instruction and at least 240 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction.

(b) Persons in charge of an approved drivers' school shall have at least one calendar year of prior supervised experience in a New Hampshire approved drivers' school.

(c) A driver education provisional certificate holder shall not own, operate or manage an approved drivers' school.

(d) Operators and persons in charge of an approved drivers' school shall submit documentation of a minimum of 2 full classroom programs to the department.
